What is a prepaid phone card and how does it work?
Prepaid phone cards are a service provided by various telecom companies that sell their service in advance. When you buy a prepaid phone card from Cheapcallsinspain.com, you are paying for your calls in advance. When you make calls using a phone card, the card's value is deducted based on connection fee, duration of connection, surcharges and any maintenance charges associated with the phone card.

What's the difference between phone cards, online phone cards, pre paid calling cards and calling cards?
They are all the  same thing; prepaid means you are buying your call time in advance  from  a telecom company who produces these cards. You pay for your calls in advanced, and you do not have to pay for any other fees, sign up fees or contracts.

How can I get a phone card that you sell?
You can buy cards from any one of our distribution points or buy now from us online. You will not receive the physical phone cards in the post. All you need to use a phone card is a FREE/Local Access Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the card. We will send all this information to you  from us via email.

How do I use a phone card?
You can use our cards from landlines or telefonica call boxes or depending on the cards purchased, mobile phones.. First, dial the free phone access number provided, and then wait for the message stating 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.  You will then hear another message stating the value that remains on that specific pin and then a third message asking you to input your pin,(which has to be punched into the phone , not spoken). Next, dial the destination telephone number.

Do the rates on your cards change, depending upon the time of day?
No. All our calling cards/phone cards have the same rate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I use these phone cards anywhere in Spain or its islands?
Our cards can be used to make calls from all of main land Spain, and its islands.

My phone card says Invalid after entering the PIN given. What do I do?
Please make sure you have entered the pin number correctly. Sometime we change carriers which result in pin number not being valid. If after further attempts please call the HELP line. Or email us.

What if I have a problem using my phone card?
Call the customer service number we provide with your pin.

What is a connection fee and when is it charged?
Usually our cards do not carry connection charges. If any do, this will be clearly stated in the description of the card.

How long will my phone card last?
Depending on the value of the cards you purchase they either expires between 30 and 90 days...

How many minutes do I get?
This depends on the value of the cards you buy, please see posters or card purchase for more information.

Are there any other charges made against my credit card when I buy cards ?
No charge, just the cost of the card.

Is my personal information safe and private with you?
Absolutely! We never sell or share any information with anyone else.

Do  rates  differ if I use a moble phone to make  the call?
